KNOWBOND addresses the necessity to increase the ability and promptness of Vocational Education and Training providers to shift towards digital and more flexible technologies for a systematic approach regarding the initial and continuous education of adhesive bonding professionals.
KNOWBOND project will directly contribute for the promotion of new upskilling pathways and simultaneously the creation and development of flexible learning offers adapted to the learning needs of individuals and companies.
KNOWBOND project main activities:
- EAB qualification update in alignment with specific industrial activities;
- Digital learning and assessment tools development;
- Operational steps for the integration of the EAB curricula and tools onto online platforms;
- Policy recommendation for the implementation of the updated EAB curricula in other countries and integration into the EWF system;
- Learning activity for knowledge transfer among trainers and teacher staff;
- Piloting events in each country to test the updated EAB curricula and tools adequacy;
- Conferences for KNOWBOND results presentation with National and European Stakeholders.
